- 2 c. skim milk
- 3 small slices bacon
- 1 can clams
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 qt. water
- 1 lb. potatoes
- 1 onion (about 1 Tbsp.)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 6 allspice (berries)
Directions

1Cut fine potatoes, onions and bacon.

2Put in pan and cover with water.

3Cook; when done add milk, clams, bay leaf, allspice and salt.

4Let simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
