Ingredients

  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 3 small slices bacon
  • 1 can clams
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 lb. potatoes
  • 1 onion (about 1 Tbsp.)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 6 allspice (berries)

Directions

    Cut fine potatoes, onions and bacon.

    Put in pan and cover with water.
  3. 3
    Cook; when done add milk, clams, bay leaf, allspice and salt.

    Let simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
