- 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain clams and retain liquid.

2Place potatoes, onion and bacon in saucepan.

3Nearly cover with clam liquid and water. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, approximately 25 minutes.
