Ingredients

  • 1 lb razor clams
  • 2 large stalks celery
  • 8 cup of cauliflower chopped
  • 1 cup petite baby carrots
  • 28 oz coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp thyme oil, see attached recipe
  • 1/4 lb bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large onions

Directions

    Clean and steam the clams remove from shells.

    Chop the onions, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and bacon saute them in thyme oil and half of butter.

    Till bacon is done.

    Drain excessive oil.

    Add coconut milk to the onion mixture.

    Add the rest of ingredients

    Simmer and stir occasionally.

    Let thicken.
