Ingredients
- 1 lb razor clams
- 2 large stalks celery
- 8 cup of cauliflower chopped
- 1 cup petite baby carrots
- 28 oz coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp thyme oil, see attached recipe
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large onions
Directions

1Clean and steam the clams remove from shells.

2Chop the onions, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and bacon saute them in thyme oil and half of butter.

3Till bacon is done.

4Drain excessive oil.

5Add coconut milk to the onion mixture.

6Add the rest of ingredients

7Simmer and stir occasionally.

8Let thicken.
