- 4 to 5 medium potatoes
- 1 qt. water (approximate)
- salt to taste
- 6 to 8 clams, chopped
- 1/2 c. diced country ham
- dash of black pepper
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- corn meal to thicken (approximately 2/3 c.)
Directions

1Dice potatoes and onion in small pieces.

2Place in saucepan with salt, pepper, ham and water to cook until potatoes are tender.

3Mix corn meal with water so that mixture is thick.

4Add to cooking ingredients; cook until desired consistency.

5Add clams; cook approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
