- 1 (7 oz.) can clams, minced or chopped
- milk
- 3 eggs (Egg Beaters may be used)
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Drain liquid from clams.

2Add milk to make 1 cup.

3Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased casserole.

4Bake in moderate oven (375°) until firm, about 45 minutes.
