  • 1 (7 oz.) can clams, minced or chopped
  • milk
  • 3 eggs (Egg Beaters may be used)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Drain liquid from clams.

    Add milk to make 1 cup.

    Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased casserole.

    Bake in moderate oven (375°) until firm, about 45 minutes.
