- 1 (7 oz.) can clams
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced pimento
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco
- milk
Directions

1Drain liquid from clams into a cup and fill with milk. Combine with beaten eggs.

2Combine with rest of ingredients and pour into greased casserole.

3Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until firm.
