- 3 cans Gorton's minced clams
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Brown diced onion in oil; add garlic and brown.

2Turn off stove.

3Add 3 cans of clams (2 with juice and 1 without).

4Add lemon juice, parsley, oregano and bread crumbs.

5Mix together; put into a casserole dish.

6Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

7Serve with crackers.
