- 1 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 cans minced clams (6 oz. cans undrained)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add onion and cook until soft.

3Add spices, clams, lemon and garlic.

4Simmer 8 to 10 minutes; don't let all juice evaporate.

5Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Layer clam mixture in a casserole, alternating layers with Mozzarella.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or 5 minutes on High in a microwave.
