  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 cans minced clams (6 oz. cans undrained)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Melt margarine.

    Add onion and cook until soft.

    Add spices, clams, lemon and garlic.

    Simmer 8 to 10 minutes; don't let all juice evaporate.

    Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Layer clam mixture in a casserole, alternating layers with Mozzarella.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or 5 minutes on High in a microwave.
