- 2 9 inch pie crusts
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Soda cracker crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 10 Chowder clams
- 2 Eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. Butter
Directions

1Prepare pie crust, setting aside top crust.

2In bowl, combine clams, milk, eggs, crumbs, salt asnd pepper.

3Pour into pie shell and dot with butter.

4Cover with top crust, trimming overhanging pastry to 1/2 inch.

5Fold it under and flute to insure no leaking.

6Cut several 1 inch slits near center of pie.

7Place in 450 F degree oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat andbake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
