  • 1/2 chicken, boiled, skinned, boned and cut up
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chile, cut up fine
  • 1 bag taco flavored Doritos chips, crushed
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 small onion, cut up

Directions

    Mix mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and Ro-Tel together. Put cut up chicken in 3-quart casserole dish.

    Add onion to top, then soup mixture.

    Crush Doritos and add cheese to top.

    Bake at 350° until hot and cheese is melted.
