- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (10 oz.) cans chopped clams, drained and rinsed
- salt, pepper and oregano to taste
Directions

1Heat oil; saute garlic.

2Add tomatoes.

3Cook until tender, but so tomatoes retain some shape.

4Add water, seasonings and parsley. Add clams.

5Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

6Serve warm over 1 pound thin linguine or capellini.
