- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. half and half
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. brandy
Directions

1Melt butter and garlic in saucepan over moderate heat.

2Stir in flour.

3Slowly blend in half and half, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.

4Add undrained clams, brandy and all remaining ingredients.

5Heat just to boiling.

6Serve over hot buttered spaghetti.
