Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz.) minced clams with juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper flakes
  • 1/2 c. unflavored breadcrumbs

Directions

    Simmer clams and lemon juice for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Saute remaining ingredients, except the breadcrumbs.

    Add clams and juice to sauteed mixture along with unflavored breadcrumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Serve on crackers or party bread.
