- 2 cans (8 oz.) minced clams with juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. unflavored breadcrumbs
Directions

1Simmer clams and lemon juice for 15 to 20 minutes.

2Saute remaining ingredients, except the breadcrumbs.

3Add clams and juice to sauteed mixture along with unflavored breadcrumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Serve on crackers or party bread.
