- 1 large can pink or red salmon
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. meal
- 1 egg
- 1 medium chopped onion
Directions

1Put salmon in large bowl; remove bones.

2Stir in egg, flour, meal and chopped medium onion and mix all together.

3Use teaspoon to spoon out.

4Use hot oil in deep fryer.

5Spoon in salmon. Remove when brown.

6Check first one to make sure it's done inside and out; if not cook longer.
