  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 1/4 c. crumbled crackers
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 2 cans minced clams, drained (may use tuna or salmon)
  • 5 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 10 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper and Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 well beaten eggs

Directions

    Combine milk and crackers in bowl; soak for 5 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into greased casserole and bake for 40 to 45 minutes in 350° oven until puffy and golden.
