- 2 doz. steam clams
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 small onion
- 1 small green pepper
- lemon juice
- Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Steam clams.

2Remove clams from shell, then put in 1/2 of shell loose.

3Brown bacon; drain and crumble when cool.

4Chop pimento, onion and green pepper.

5Add bacon to this.

6Put 1 drop of lemon juice and 1 drop of Tabasco sauce on each clam.

7Top each clam with bacon/vegetable mixture.

8Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Serve with lemon wedges.
