  • 4 c. potato rounds or Tater Tots
  • 1 lb. ground turkey or beef, cooked
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 can Durkee onions
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (Monterey Jack)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Turn oven to 400°.

    Put potato rounds or Tater Tots on bottom of 11 x 7-inch glass or aluminum pan.

    Cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook turkey (or beef) in a skillet on range top. Remove potatoes from oven and add meat over the top of potatoes. Put broccoli as next layer.

    Mix celery soup and milk and pour over broccoli.

    Cover with grated cheese.

    Garnish with Durkee onions.

    Return to oven and bake 20 minutes.
