Classic Karo Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)
Directions

1In a large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla until well blended.

2Stir in pecans.

3Pour into pastry shell.

4Bake in 350° oven for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

5Cool. Makes 8 servings.
