  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo light or dark syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Mazola margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 unbaked 9-inch pie crusts

    Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.

    Stir pecans in mix.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
