- 1 cup Lukewarm Water
- 1/2 teaspoons White Sugar
- 2- 1/4 teaspoons Dry Active Yeast
- 2- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 13 cups Pizza Sauce (more Or Less Depending On Your Preference)
- 2 cups Mozzarella And Provolone Cheese Mix
- Toppings Of Your Choice

1Steps to make the crust:

2Pour the warm water into a small bowl, and add the sugar and yeast.

3Let the mixture sit until foamy.

4Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

5After the yeast mixture is ready, mix with flour, olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt.

6Combine well.

7This can be done with a wooden spoon, however I chose to use my hands (if choosing to mix with your hands, make sure they are clean.)

8If mixture is looking too sticky, add a little bit of flour.

9When everything is mixed well, knead the dough for 5 minutes or until dough forms a smooth, elastic ball.

10Cover dough with a warm, damp towel, and let rest for at least 20 minutes.

11Grease pizza pan (I would suggest a pan that has large holes in the bottom, this makes the crust crispier) by brushing it with olive oil.

12After dough has rested, use your fingers to spread dough onto the greased pizza pan.

13Bake the dough in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

14Allow the crust to cool completely before preparing pizza.

15Steps to make the pizza:

16Spread pizza sauce onto the baked crust.

17Be sure to use a good amount of sauce.

18Sprinkle cheese onto sauce, and top with your favorite toppings.

19Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
