- 1 small can tomatoes
- beef or chicken bouillon (if wanted)
Directions

1Brown meat (dredge in flour with salt and pepper).

2Have water boiling.

3Add browned meat.

4(Browning the meat gives the flavor.) Simmer 4 to 5 hours or until tender.

5Add quartered potatoes, carrots, onion and can of tomatoes.

6Season with salt and pepper. Add a couple packages of beef bouillon.

7Continue simmering until vegetables are done.
