- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Butter six custard cups.

3Combine flour and salt. Beat eggs and milk together and blend into flour until smooth.

4Pour into cups and bake 30-35 minutes.

5Run a knife around the cup edge to loosen. Cool 5 minutes, then remove.
