Ingredients: 1 medium bottom round roast; 1 can coca cola; 1 envelope dry onion soup mix (i use lipton); 1 can campbells mushroom soup; 1 can water or beef broth (just fill the soup can); 1 tbsp black pepper; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 chopped onion; 2 chopped carrots

prepare crockpot...turn on low.the roast can cook for up to 8 hours

take bottom round roast out of package and place in crockpot

pour all ingredients over roast.

let cook in crockpot for 6 to 8 hours

serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy!

for gravy...ladle liquid out of crockpot.add flour or cornstarch to thicken.place on stove and heat.til thickness is to your liking.if you don't want to add flour...the liquid from crockpot makes great au jus
