- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. superfine sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
Directions

1Beat egg whites and cream of tartar and salt until foamy. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form. Fold in cocoa.

2Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto brown paper lined cookie sheet.

3Bake in preheated 275° oven for 20 minutes. Makes 84 cookies, 10 calories each.
