- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts.

3Pour into prepared pan.

4Sprinkle nuts on top.

5Bake 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Wrap tightly in foil.

7Cool completely.
