  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Add 1/2 the sugar gradually, continue to beat until very stiff and smooth.

    Sift cocoa with rest of sugar. Add gradually, continuing to beat all the while. Finally beat in vanilla.

    Pile into dessert dishes.

    Serve with cream.
