- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Cream margarine; add sugar and vanilla.

2Cream until light and fluffy.

3Add flour, all at once and blend well.

4Add coconut and mix well.

5Shape into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.

6Chill 15 minutes.

7Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes or until light brown.

8Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Makes about 3 dozen.
