- 6 oz. pkg. frozen coconut
- 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Directions

1Combine and add enough water to make 2 cups.

2After cake is cold, ice with whipped cream or Cool Whip and spread with fresh or frozen coconut.

3Put in refrigerator.
