- white or yellow cake mix
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 large Cool Whip
Directions

1Bake white or yellow cake mix (use whole egg).

2Add coconut to mixture.

3Bake according to cake directions.

4Mix together Eagle Brand and can of cream of coconut.

5When cake comes out of oven, gouge it and pour Eagle Brand mixture over it while cake is hot. Let cool.

6Layer with Cool Wip and sprinkle coconut over top. Yummy good and moist!
