- 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
- 1 pkg. fresh frozen coconut, thawed
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Directions

1Mix cake by directions on cake box.

2Add coconut and flavoring.

3Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan by directions on box. While cake is baking, mix evaporated milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and coconut flavoring plus enough water to make a scant 2 cups of the ingredients.

4(I use 3/4 cup or more of water.)

5After cake is done and is still warm, pierce the top with a toothpick and pour the mixture over cake.

6Cool in the refrigerate overnight.

7Spread top with whipped topping and sprinkle with 1 package of frozen coconut (thawed).

8Keep refrigerated.
