  • 1 box cake mix (white or yellow)
  • 1 small box vanilla pudding instant
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 c. nuts

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Combine cake mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl until blended.

    Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake 1 hour.

    Frost with cream cheese icing.
