  • 1 lb. skirt steak or chicken, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. green pepper strips
  • 1 c. tomato wedges
  • 1 c. onion slices
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • flour tortillas

Directions

    Combine first 8 ingredients and marinate meat 6 to 8 hours. Heat oil over high heat.

    Saute half the meat until it loses its pink color, then add half the bell pepper and onion.

    Cook until done.

    Place in another hot container; turn down heat to simmer. Add tomato wedges and salsa.

    Repeat with remainder of meat, onion and pepper.

    Serve immediately on flour tortillas.
