  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. coconut or to taste

    Melt margarine.

    Mix sugar, vinegar, vanilla, milk and eggs with margarine.

    Mix well.

    Add coconut.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Cook until golden brown at about 350° for approximately 40 minutes.

    Doubled, makes 3 small pies.
