- 3 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. coconut or to taste
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Mix sugar, vinegar, vanilla, milk and eggs with margarine.

3Mix well.

4Add coconut.

5Pour into unbaked pie shell.

6Cook until golden brown at about 350° for approximately 40 minutes.

7Doubled, makes 3 small pies.
