- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut (2-2/3 cups)
- 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted
Directions

1Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

2Beat in egg.

3Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.

4Stir in chocolate, coconut and walnuts.

5Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 1-1/2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.

6Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

7Cool 2 to 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.

8Cool completely on wire racks.

9Store in tightly covered container.
