- 3 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 lb. very soft dates
- 1/4 c. walnuts
Directions

1Sprinkle 2 tablespoons coconut over the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.

2Firmly press dates into coconut, covering bottom of dish.

3Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon coconut and the walnuts, gently pressing into dates.

4Cut into 2-inch squares.
