Ingredients

  • 1 c. melted oleo
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant coconut pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients together; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together and spread over cool crust. Mix pudding and milk together; spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip.

    Garnish with toasted coconut.
