- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small boxes instant coconut pudding
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredients together; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

3Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together and spread over cool crust. Mix pudding and milk together; spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip.

4Garnish with toasted coconut.
