- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons red chili flakes
- 2 onions chopped
- 5 cloves garllic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil for fry

1Make medium size pieces of fish fillet.

2In a skillet, heat oil and add chopped onions fry for a minute, add chopped garlic, salt and fry for sometime.

3Add pieces of fish and stir well, now add red chili flakes and fry for 5-6 minutes. Now add coconut milk and cook in simmer.

4Serve hot with rice or noodles.
