  • 500 grams fish fillet
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons red chili flakes
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 5 cloves garllic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil for fry
  • salt

Directions

    Make medium size pieces of fish fillet.

    In a skillet, heat oil and add chopped onions fry for a minute, add chopped garlic, salt and fry for sometime.

    Add pieces of fish and stir well, now add red chili flakes and fry for 5-6 minutes. Now add coconut milk and cook in simmer.

    Serve hot with rice or noodles.
