Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place ingredients in blender in order given, one at a time. Mix well after each addition.

    Pour mixture into a well buttered 10-inch pie pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    The crust will be on the bottom, the custard in the center and the coconut on top. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
