- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place ingredients in blender in order given, one at a time. Mix well after each addition.

2Pour mixture into a well buttered 10-inch pie pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

3The crust will be on the bottom, the custard in the center and the coconut on top. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
