- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted and cooled
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Filling
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from about 5 limes)
- 1 tablespoon lime zest (from about 2 limes)
- 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted and cooled

Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.","2":"To make the crust: Combine the flour, butter, coconut, confectioners' sugar and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on low until the butter is cut into the dry ingredients, and the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Transfer to the prepared pan and press into an even layer to make the crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.","4":"Remove the pan to a wire rack and lower the oven temperature to 300 F.","6":"To make the filling: Whisk the egg and sugar together in a medium bowl until well combined.
