- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (7 oz.)
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- pinch of thyme
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach as on package; drain and press out all the water. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.

2Let stand 20 to 30 minutes.

3Roll into balls with wet hands.

4Place on cookie sheets and freeze until hard, then store in bags.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
