- 1 small coconut
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups chopped ice
Directions

1Hammer a nail through each of the coconut's 3 eyes to puncture.

2Drain and reserve the milk.

3Crack and remove the hull by smacking it on its equator.

4Then, with a vegetable peeler, peel and discard the brown top layer.

5Break the meat into chunks.

6In a blender combine coconut meat, coconut milk, honey and 1 cup whole milk.

7Blend until smooth.

8Add the remaining 2 cups milk and ice and blend until ice is finely crushed.

9Strain and serve in tall glasses over ice.
