  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Add 1/2 cup water and salt to melted margarine.

    Mix flour and sugar.

    Add to margarine mixture.

    Add beaten eggs and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake in slow oven at 325° for 45 minutes.
