- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.

3Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

4Will not spread while baking. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are golden.

5Immediately remove from cookie sheet.

6Makes 18 cookies.
