  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

    Will not spread while baking. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are golden.

    Immediately remove from cookie sheet.

    Makes 18 cookies.
