- 13 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
- 12 teaspoon almond extract
Directions

1Combine coconut, sugar, flour & salt in mixing bowl.

2Stir in egg whites & almond extract; mix well.

3Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.

4Garnish with candied cherry halves, if desired.

5Bake at 325F for 20-25 minutes, or until edges of cookies are golden brown.

6Remove from baking sheets immediately.
