- 3 (11 oz.) cans mandarins, drained
- 2/3 c. shredded or flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Drain mandarins.

2Arrange mandarin segments in bottom of serving bowl, sprinkle with sugar and coconut.

3Repeat layers, ending with mandarins.

4Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. This is especially attractive when put in a clear bowl.

5This can be served as a side dish for curry or pork or as a dessert.
