  • 1 can coconut
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

    Blend coconut with milk and let stand.

    Cream butter with sugar.

    Add 3 slightly beaten eggs, then add coconut and milk. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
