  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 7 oz. Baker's coconut (can)

Directions

    Melt butter; beat eggs with fork.

    Add sugar and stir.

    Add buttermilk, butter and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Stir in coconut.

    Pour in pie shells.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
