  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
  • 2 c. sweet milk (add last)

Directions

    Beat eggs; blend together the sugar and flour, then stir into eggs and remaining ingredients.

    Add milk last.

    Pour into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Watch until set and brown.
