  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 unbaked pie shells
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 c. white corn syrup
  • 3 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Add flour to melted butter.

    Mix well. Combine eggs and butter mixture.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shells.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 25 minutes more or until knife, inserted in center, comes out clean.
