  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 small pie crusts

Directions

    Melt margarine; mix with sugar and beaten eggs.

    Add coconut and buttermilk.

    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake in 350° oven until firm, about 45 minutes.
